Forgive yourself...

I've seen a post that said, forgive yourself for not knowing earlier what only time could teach. And I know somebody that's out there that need to hear that message that's constantly beating theyself up over a past mistake or a bad decision they made when they ain't know no better. We ain't always have to figured out. I know I ain't always have to figured out. I made some mistakes. I made some bad decisions. But it come to a point where you just gotta acknowledge that you can't go back and change it. You can't go back and fix what you already done. You just gotta accept the turns and move forward. Learn from it. As my granddaddy would say, don't cry over spilt milk. You done it, accept it, move forward. But let this be a reminder, don't ruin your present thinking about a past that you can't change. Dwelling on the past that you can't fix. We gonna make mistakes. We gonna continue to make mistakes. We human. But give yourself some grace. Take something and learn something from the mistakes you make. Comment below, it's behind me because that's what we leaving all that.
