Every version of you was necessary. I want you to lean in and listen. Too many people spend parts of their life wishing they could erase their past, wishing that their story was a little different. What if the very chapters you're trying to erase made you the person that you are today? The version of you that trusted the wrong people? Necessary. The version of you that stayed too long in a situation? Necessary. The version that put up with way too much stuff from people totally necessary. The version of you that doubted yourself, lost money, went down the wrong road. All of that necessary. And none of it is gonna be wasted, my friend. Here's the mindset shift I need you to make. Your struggles didn't come to define you. They came to develop you. You don't build wisdom without making difficult choices. You don't discover your strength until you bear and go through more than you thought you could handle. And you don't fully value your peace until you lived in chaos for a while. Stop judging the person you used to be. You're not that person anymore. The old version of you, they did the best they could with what they had. So don't be so hard on yourself. Because that version of you, if you hadn't gone through everything you've already gone through, they wouldn't have the strength, the courage, nor the discernment to be the wonderful person you are today. So don't be ashamed of your past. Honour it and ask god. How do you want me to use it? To bless others? I'm just saying. Love you.
