Here's how to have the perfect fall day in one of my favorite little cities, Old Town Alexandria. 🍂🤎 1. Grab a coffee at Hypergoat or Misha's. 2. Get your fix of Halloween decorations and displays. Starting in early October, Old Town residents start putting these up. Captains Row/Prince St. is my top pick to see massive werewolves, spiders and skeletons. Some other great streets to see decorations include S Fairfax St. and S Saint Asaph St. 3. Brunch time - try Ada's on the River, Josephine, Fontaine, Virtue Feed & Grain, or Mia's Italian. I also love Call Your Mother Deli and Life Alive Cafe for something quicker. 4. Shop! There are so many great boutiques and stores to explore like Old Town Books, Lowery's Dial, and more. If it's Saturday you have to visit the Farmer's Market in front of City Hall. 5. Don't miss Old Town's stunning Waterfront for people and plane watching. Enjoy!
