Original caption
Vegan cooking and baking can be SO much simpler than people think 🤎 Sometimes it’s literally just boxed cake mix + soda. Cheap, easy, minimal effort, and you still get a fresh out of the oven cake. What soda + box mix should i try next? This one was @Duncan Hines dark chocolate cake + birch beer (bake to box instructions). I also added some chocolate chips to the top and spread once melted for my “icing” @Wegmans store brand chocolate chips are vegan! #vegan #baking #EasyRecipe #cake #sodacake
