These are going to be the top 5 food or drink items that are going to help you get through the calorie deficit, okay? With explanations. Starting off with number 5, we've got the Ninja Creami. Guys, I have myself a Ninja Creami pint pretty much every single night, okay? 30 grams of protein, 200 calories, it's delicious ice cream, you genuinely cannot beat it. The only reason it's not number one on my list is because the machine is kind of expensive and not everybody has one. All right, going to number 4, we've got cucumbers and or pickles, okay? Guys, if you're anything like me and you just want to eat sometimes, get yourself some cucumbers and pickles in the fridge. The amount of calories they're going to contribute to your daily total is completely negligible. So if you just need some kind of snack, boom, eat yourself a cucumber. Delicious. Going to number 3, we've got sugar-free soda. Guys, this is an absolute cheat code, okay? Zero calories, it hits that sensation sometimes when you need it, all right? It's refreshing even, and it's mainly water, so it's going to help hydrate you, okay? Going to number 2, we've got any form of lean meat, okay? Lean ground beef, lean ground turkey, lean ground chicken, any of it. This is probably going to be your main protein source through the duration of your cut, at least it is for me, all right? I have some form of lean meat every single night for dinner. And going to number 1, I just made a video on these, Shirataki noodles. Guys, I am probably the biggest advocate of Shirataki noodles here. They're they're absolutely insane to me, mind-boggling. You can add 400 grams, yeah, 400 grams of noodles, which is like a whole pot of noodles, to any dinner for only 16 calories. It's insane. They absorb the taste of pretty much anything you put them in, so I like to add them to about a pound of ground meat. There's a little bit of tomato sauce in there, delicious. You've got spaghetti with meat sauce. It's awesome. All right, that's my top 5, give them a try.
