One of the things I found weirdest about the UK is how normalized I find South Asian hate. As a black guy, it genuinely sickens me how many people I know are racist towards South Asians. I could genuinely name 25 people that I know of all types of races that have all been racist towards Asians one way or another. I remember this conversation with some old friends that I've cut off now, by the way. We were all saying like, who do you think out the group is gonna have the baddest wife, right? We were all going through what our type is, right? And I said, I'm gonna have the baddest wife standardly. And they said, what? Charlie, you said yours was gonna be South Asian. So that means she can't be the baddest. I said, what? And they all agreed, by the way. That's just one of many times South Asian hate has been just normalized. Like, I'll be real, genuinely, how many people have said to me, like, Charlie, why do you like South Asian girls? Don't they stink? Like, what? This is coming from white and black people. I will never understand it. Some of the baddest girls I know are South Asian. Literally, every single one I know, and I think I know like seven or eight of them are all baddies. And every Aisha I know as well. But it's not even about the woman, she's gonna be... even like racism towards the South Asian males. I just don't understand it. Especially when you're on a minority yourself, you being racist towards South Asians just gives other people more reason to be racist towards us as blacks, like.
