When I started, I had zero stores. I could have looked at 7-Eleven or RaceTrac with thousands of locations and told myself, “There’s no space for me.” If I had believed that, I would have never reached 140 stores. Competition doesn’t mean you can’t succeed. It means someone has already proven the opportunity is real. Learn from others, but don’t try to become them.
