pov: the perfect day at hoco

Saturday morning. You wake up 10 minutes before your alarm because you've been so hyped about Hoco this entire week. You and your friends have already planned out the entire day. You have a confirmed breakfast plan, confirmed pre-game, confirmed football game, and function for the night. You shower, get ready, and put on a cute comfy fit before heading to breakfast. You have breakfast with all your friends and you guys are making pancakes, bacon, and eggs, and you make that viral TikTok where it's like, can someone get me a fucking Sharpy that works? Then you guys are blasting music, everyone's starting to get ready, your outfits are already picked out. You're hyping each other up, you're taking photos. Then you head to the football game early for when the doors open at 11 so that you can walk around, get free food from vendors, and claim your seats on the grandstand because you know people on the lawn are gonna be stealing those seats. It's 1 PM, the game starts. You guys are cheering, vibing, even though you know nothing about football. And then Guelph beats Waterloo, vibes are at an all-time high. Game ends, you head to your friends' place for the pre-game. The vibes are up, everyone's drinking, everyone's having a good time. Nobody wants the day to end. Then you guys head to dancers' way around 6 PM. You're walking around, you're saying hi to your friends from other schools. You're in a little street interview, you're taking more photos. Later in the night, you finally head to your house party. You're dancing, you're getting a few drinks in because you've kind of sobered up throughout the night. The music is good, the vibes are good. You see a cute guy, you guys are talking, you exchange your socials. The night finally comes to an end. Everyone starts booking their Ubers home, making sure everyone's getting home safely. You take off your makeup, you rest in bed. And then you wake up the next morning, the friend with the Digicam has already sent all the pics into the group chat, and now you're spending your entire day curating the perfect IG post.
