Ranking supplements. Let's go! Creatine, A tier, hands down, important, have it every day, 5 to 10g every day for the rest of your life. It's going to make everything that you're already doing just a little bit better. I do think it is a bit overhyped, most people think it's going to solve every single problem that they have, it's not, it's just a supplement. But if you are doing all the normal things that you should be doing to benefit your health and wellbeing, A tier. Whey protein, S tier. You need a protein powder in your supplement stack, doesn't matter who you are. For you to be able to build muscle, burn fat, you have a requirement of protein that you need to get in every day. Most people just aren't eating enough, but a whey protein powder is going to give you 20g to 30g of protein per scoop, which is just so easy for people just to add into shit and allow them to hit their protein target way easier than if they didn't. BCAA's, C tier. You don't need them, you just don't. If you're getting a good quality protein powder, it's going to have all the amino acids that you need. If you're having a piece of steak and eggs and, you know, chicken, you know, multiple times throughout the week, you're getting your amino acids that you need on a daily basis. Does it stop the catabolization of muscle during your workout? Yes it does, there is research that supports that. It's just not absolutely necessary, it's a nice to have, so that's why it's C tier. Magnesium glycine, S tier. Shut the fuck up, go buy it now, right? 200mg to 400mg, depending on who you are and what your tolerance is, about 30 minutes before bed. You're going to have the best sleep of your life, your body is going to recover better than it ever has, your body's just going to wake up feeling better and it's just really good for your general health and wellbeing. The glycine version is the one that you want to go for because there's heaps of other different types of magnesium, but the glycine one is best for sleep and recovery. Omega-3's, I put it at S tier. Dude, if you train and you value health and wellbeing, you need fish oil, right? And most people just don't need enough fish, I don't need enough fish, my clients probably don't need enough fish. You get what you pay for, you want about 2g to 3g of combined DHA and EPA, so look at the back of the label, you want 2g to 3g, 3000mg every single day, make sure you have it with food, it'll digest a little bit better, but goated. Ashwagandha, D tier. Nice to have, doesn't do much. If you're stressed out of your eyeballs and you need Ashwagandha, there's a more underlying issue that you need to fix and a supplement isn't going to sort that for you. Guys, these are just a few of the supplements, right? I could sit here for hours talking about all the different kinds, but I've coached over a thousand men, helped them with all of these supplemental decision makings, how to take them, what to take, when to take them, all that kind of stuff, and I put it into a guide for you. Just comment the word "Stack" down below and I'll send it over to you for free.
