Ranking every supplement that I took. Shilajit. I took it for two months and it did absolutely nothing. D tier. KSM 66 Ashwagandha. Great supplement for managing stress. But personally, I did notice more breakouts while using it. B tier. Vitamin C. Although I do get most of my Vitamin C from vegetables and fruits naturally, I still like to take the supplement in case I'm not getting enough from those sources because it helps with immune support, as well as collagen production, which helps with skin health. D tier. Magnesium Glycinate. Almost everyone already knows how great magnesium glycinate is for recovery. A tier. Zinc. Great for immune support and testosterone production. A tier.
