The thing with these seven men that no one is talking about is when they sent that disgusting message into that group chat. They were, they had over 40 members in their fraternity. Over 40 men were inside of that group chat. Not one of them did anything to help the situation. And I, speaking personally, I was in a fraternity in college. Had I, and I held a leadership position, had I seen something like that come through our group text message or our group thread on, like, Snapchat or whatever, it would have been Armageddon. Cause what the fuck do you mean there's "free pussy" upstairs? What the fuck does that even mean? None of those men who were in leadership positions inside of that fraternity went upstairs into that room to check and see what the fuck was going on. That, that is insane. And then you see other people in the thread rooting and cheering it on and, oh, I love Chi Phi. That is by far and away the most disgusting thing I have seen in a while, and that's saying something giving our cultural and political climate right now. The Regents who allowed these rapists to stay on campus and their only punishment was to write an essay, need to be fired and shamed and never be allowed to have a job again, because what do you mean you did that? And I hope that this woman, whoever she is, sues Cornell into oblivion and they go bankrupt because of it.
