XRP WALL ST NASDAQ LISTING? Evernorthxrp is nearing a major milestone in its plan to become a publicly traded $XRP treasury company. Shareholders of Armada Acquisition Corp. II are scheduled to vote on the proposed merger on September 30; if approved and the deal closes, the combined company is expected to list on Nasdaq under XRPN. Evernorth says it plans to hold XRP on its balance sheet and deploy capital across the XRP ecosystem with the goal of increasing XRP per share over time.
