Fine-haired girlies with a bob, I heard you loud and clear, and I'm going to show you how to flat iron curl on your hair type. It starts out exactly the same as my other curl tutorial. You're going to use your flat iron to wave your hair, and you're actually going to do this for a majority of your hairstyle. This is going to help you create the illusion of density in your hair. Think of it as the foundation of your style. And for the last section at the very top of your hair, that's when you're going to start doing the flat iron curl. You're going to gently clamp down, spin the iron 180 degrees, and let that hair out before you get to the ends. And yes, I know, it's straight at the bottom, and I know this is not going to be a look that everybody's going to love, but this is how I make flat iron curls look less like Shirley Temple on short hair. Once you let your style cool, go ahead and comb it out. Grab your favorite spray wax or texture spray to add some hold and definition to your hairstyle, and now you have a simple way to add flat iron curls to your fine hair.
