This is a huge development in the Lindsay Clancy case for the first time we're hearing a different argument from her defense attorney Kevin Reddington today for the first time again, you guys suggesting that prosecutors didn't actually prove that she killed her three young children. He's pointing to police not investigating this case enough. He says that there's simply not enough evidence to prove that she actually killed the children. Um, he says that she had no memory that she was told that she did. He also said that the timeline here doesn't make sense because you remember, uh, the night all this happened, Patrick Clancy said that he left the house for just under an hour to run two errands. He went to pick up dinner from a local restaurant called 3V and that he also went to CVS to pick up medication for one of the children. Kevin Reddington today just now saying that it would have taken at least two hours for a human body temperature of 82 degrees, which is how paramedics found Lindsay Clancy the night all this happened after she'd either jumped or fallen out of that bedroom window and she was found on the ground there. This is so important, you guys, because this is a very different argument than what we heard him make during closing arguments. For the first time again, now telling the judge that the prosecutors didn't actually prove Lindsay Clancy committed the crime. So I'm just being told right now because we've been speaking to you and just the last couple of minutes, prosecutors are now saying that they've even heard this argument and they're completely shocked. This was supposed to be their moment to, uh, sort of rebuttle this motion, but it appears as though there might be a bit of a pause here so that they can process and come back with their own argument. So they've now told the judge that this is the first time that they've heard this argument and they're completely shocked.
