Scott Norris, one of the seven men named in the Cornell civil lawsuit, has now publicly responded through his attorney. He denies participating in sexual activity or drug use — but he also acknowledges that he participated in the Snapchat conversation and briefly entered the room where he says misconduct occurred. I’m not claiming this means he is cooperating with prosecutors or turning state’s evidence — we simply don’t know that.
