Here's how to add bloom to your artworks and give it that extra polished look. Step 1, duplicate the entire seen image on top. Step 2, blur the duplicate to the desired amount. I suggest something that looks like it's almost underwater. Step 3, change the duplicate's layer type to either soft light, overlay, or screen. Then lower the opacity of the duplicate layer until you feel comfortable. Step 4, create a Tone Curve layer. Then clip it onto that duplicate layer. Step 5, adjust the Tone Curve until you have the desired look! Done!! Look how shiny. You're welcome.
