186,000 MILES ON THE ORIGINAL SPARK PLUGS! 😳🔧 This vehicle was purchased brand new in 2022 with 0 miles, and the owner has already put an incredible 186,000 miles on it. During all that driving, the vehicle received regular oil changes, but the spark plugs had never been replaced. When we removed them, you could clearly see just how worn the electrodes had become after 186K miles. As spark plugs wear, the electrode gap can increase and the ignition system has to work harder to create a strong spark. Eventually this can contribute to misfires, rough idle, hesitation, loss of power, harder starting, poor fuel economy, and additional stress on the ignition coils. We replaced the old plugs with a fresh set to restore proper ignition performance and help keep the engine running smoothly. What impressed us the most is the vehicle itself. 186,000 miles in roughly four years is some serious driving, and based on what we could see during the service, the vehicle has held up extremely well.
