Why it worked

The video leverages the 'haul' format to showcase popular fitness-adjacent products during a sale, tapping into the audience's interest in gym culture and supplement deals.

Summary

The creator shows off a haul of GHOST Energy drinks and Barebells protein bars purchased at The Vitamin Shoppe. The video highlights the BOGO 50% off sale on these items.

Structure

1Creator displays a collection of GHOST energy drinks and Barebells protein bars
2Text overlay expresses excitement about the haul
3Caption mentions the store and the sale promotion

Product placement

(a) GHOST Energy: acts as the energy drink being purchased and stocked up; (a) Barebells: acts as the protein bar being purchased and stocked up; (a) The Vitamin Shoppe: acts as the retail location where the products are purchased. Removing these would change the video as it is a haul video.
