A high-pressure water pipeline ruptured beside a busy road in western Venezuela, sending a huge cloud of dirt and debris into the air as vehicles passed nearby. CCTV captured the blast in the Las Vegas sector of Táriba, with local reports saying one person was injured and several vehicles and properties were damaged.
