- waking up with a headache every day - feeling nauseous for no obvious reason - getting dizzy in supermarkets - feeling like i'm rocking on a boat when i'm sitting still - bright lights and everyday sounds physically hurting - struggling to find my words or concentrate - feeling exhausted after doing the smallest tasks - constantly having neck and shoulder pain - feeling sick from travelling in a car - needing days to recover from a few hours out - craving sugar before a migraine attack - feeling completely overwhelmed by busy environments - having a constant dull headache that i've learnt to live with i've lived with migraine since childhood, so for years i genuinely thought so many of these things were normal. it's strange how much you can normalise when you've never really known anything different. and that's why i always say migraine is so much more than a headache. 🤍 what's something you thought was normal until you realised it was a symptom of your chronic illness? #chronicmigraine #migraineawareness #chronicillness #vestibularmigraine #invisibleillness
