CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS 🍔🧀 For the burger sauce: ½ cup mayo 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Splash of vinegar For the filling: 1 lb ground beef 1 small onion, diced Salt + pepper Small sprinkle of sugar Garlic powder Onion powder Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning Tony’s seasoning A few splashes Worcestershire sauce 2 slices cheddar For the sliders: 1 pack Hawaiian rolls Colby Jack cheese Provolone cheese ½ stick butter, melted Garlic powder + parsley Mix your burger sauce first and refrigerate. Sauté the onion with salt and pepper, then add a little sugar and let it caramelize. Move the onions to the side, brown your ground beef, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, Kinder’s, Tony’s and Worcestershire sauce. Drain any excess grease, add cheddar on top, cover and let it melt. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread burger sauce on both sides. Layer Colby Jack, the cheeseburger mixture and provolone. Add the tops and brush lightly with garlic butter. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Brush with the remaining garlic butter and bake another 2 to 3 minutes. I served mine with homemade sweet potato fries. TIP: toss your sweet potatoes with a little cornstarch before cooking to help them crisp up. Cheesy. Buttery. Savory. 10/10 easy dinner. #easydinner #footballfoods #sliders
