Many of you want to know Kent, what do you do in life besides make subpar content? And I know Grayson and Kevin, y'all did a video the other day that was like, what happened to good content on social media? Sorry, I don't contribute to good content. It is really just me keeping up with the times, me being disciplined and posting something during the day. But some days, I just don't have the time to really do great content. And here's why. I have a wife and kids and I'm involved in college ministry at my church, but what keeps me mega busy is real estate. I love real estate. I don't do it for the dollar. I get no greater joy out of life than helping folks sell a home or buy a home and and and walk with them through different chapters. Some are coming through um pretty sad circumstances, whether it's a a death in the family or a divorce and they need a fresh start. Uh some just want to upsize or downsize or what they call these days right sizing because they don't want to say downsize. Whatever the case is, I love helping folks buy and sell homes. And I also represent a local builder to the upstate of South Carolina, Christopher Homes. They build a great quality product and what we specialize in is larger home sites with no HOA restrictions. And my bread and butter right now, even though we are in Greer and Simpsonville and Fountain Inn and West Greenville, my bread and butter right now is Gray Court, South Carolina. And you might say, what's Gray Court? Well, if you if you go down past Fountain Inn a little bit, uh you'll reach Gray Court, South Carolina, and you are still 20 minutes or so from a lot of stuff like Targets and Home Depots and Lowes and movie theaters, but yet you're rural and you're on an acre and or an acre and a half. I have up to an acre and a half home sites with no HOA restrictions, beautiful hardy plank home with black matte fixtures and white quartz countertops and a lighter LVP flooring, just gorgeous homes. And my average price is like mid 300s, some are lower 300s. And I do have a larger product that is above the mid 300 mark, but it's a it's a bigger home that we offer for those that need bigger homes. But my my sweet spot and the majority of what I sell is around that mid 300 range with no HOA and large home sites and so you feel peaceful, you can do what you want with your land, you can buy the donkey or the llama or the giraffe. And uh I just want you to know that I offer that. But I can also sell your house for you. I can also help you buy, you know, the new construction house with the amenities. If you want the pool and the rules so that the next door neighbor doesn't park the rusted shrimp boat up on the blocks and uh you need the HOA to say, no, you shall keep your lawn nice. If you're that person, great, we'll we'll find there's plenty of communities with some bougie amenities. But if you're that person that's like, hey, I don't want HOA, but I still want a brand new house, talk to me. Talk to me because we've got it. So, message me if you need help with real estate.
