I got an 8 point V yesterday on one of my TikTok shop videos on this account and I want to tell you what I did so that you don't make the same mistake as I did. I've also filmed this video 395 times and deleted it 395 times. Stick around until the end so you know what not to do. I filmed a video on a curling iron that I use religiously. The end of the video my call to action was click the link below. Exactly that. Apparently when my video was run through whatever algorithm runs through it or whatever method of AI to make sure the video is compliant with shop guidelines, that lack of specificity was what got me the V. It was under the impression that I was directing people off the platform. Even though I what I have found is that the way to make sure that doesn't happen in the future is to say click the little orange cart. That specific little orange cart. Click the orange cart. Anything about the orange cart or the cart I would say orange below and that will avoid you having the same issue that I had. Again, it was 8 points. You're only allowed 24 to my knowledge. So that means you get three chances and then you're SOL. But the good news is is that the V only lasts for 30 days. So I want to share that with you. If you're a TikTok shop affiliate, don't make the same mistake that I did because when I appealed it, they denied it. So good luck. Happy Thursday.
