Hey Vinted sellers. If you sell on Vinted, stop for just a second because they are changing some rules on October the 8th and these are some things that you really need to know. I've been seeing a lot of people saying that Vinted is really cracking down and we're gonna start getting banned for certain things, so I wanted to look into it and see what was really going on. Honestly, the biggest thing that caught my attention was the new rules around commercial selling. Basically, Vinted doesn't want your personal account to be used like an actual business or like a storefront. So if you own a boutique and you're trying to post clothes on Vinted, no. So basically, if you're buying stuff just for profit or for wholesale drop shopping or even, listen, a bunch of identical items, that's where you're gonna need to be careful at. But before everybody starts panicking, selling a lot of your new stuff does not automatically mean that you're a commercial seller. So if you've got 100 or 200 items in your closet that you're trying to get rid of, that doesn't necessarily mean that Vinted is gonna come knocking on your door. Another thing that we really have to be careful about is using the actual pictures that we're selling, because they're not allowing you to just go grab a picture from the brand's website and post that as your picture. Y'all do not even play with that. Ask me how I know. Vinted is not playing around and that is the quickest way to get you banned on Vinted. There's actually more in these Vinted rules that we all need to know. So I'm gonna break them down for us, cause I'm not about to read 47 pages of legal language and then keep that to myself. So if you are a seller on Vinted, follow me and I'm gonna do a part 2 on these rules.
