Why it worked

The video leverages the high-interest, chaotic personal life of a well-known celebrity couple to drive engagement, while using the Kick branding as a subtle destination for fans to follow the stream.

Summary

The video shows a plate of spaghetti topped with slices of cheese and sausage, which Chrisean prepared for Blueface. The clip is branded with the Kick logo and the URL for Blueface's stream.

Structure

1Close-up of the prepared dinner
2Chrisean talks about the meal
3Display of the Kick branding and stream URL

Product placement

Kick (a) it ACTS — the video is a clip from a stream hosted on the Kick platform, and the URL is displayed on screen as the destination for the viewer to watch the stream. Removing the Kick branding and URL would change the video from a promotional clip for the platform/streamer's channel to a generic video.
