Can we renovate this entire bathroom for £1,500 and actually make it look high-end? That’s the challenge. Our budget for this ENTIRE house is only £10,000, so we’re trying to save money everywhere we can without ending up with a house that actually looks like we renovated it on a tiny budget 😂 We’d never heard of Clifton Trade Bathrooms either, but with a trade account we managed to get the bath, toilet, vanity unit, taps, wastes and fittings for £503.17. And genuinely, I’m so impressed with the quality. Everything feels heavy and solid rather than cheap and flimsy, and I cannot wait to see what it looks like fitted. Then instead of tiling, we’ve spent £460.57 on waterproof wall panels, adhesive and trims. They should save us a lot of time and I think they’re going to completely transform the room. So that’s £963.74 on the main bathroom purchases so far. We’ve still got flooring, a shower riser, mirror, shower curtain and a few other bits to sort, so whether we can actually keep the finished bathroom under £1,500 remains to be seen… £10,000 HOUSE BUDGET Kitchen: £1,315.80 Bathroom purchases revealed so far: £963.74 TOTAL SPENT: £2,279.54 LEFT: £7,720.46 Make sure you’re following because we’re tracking every penny and doing as much of this renovation ourselves as we possibly can. ❤️ @flawedtorestored #DIYRenovation #BudgetRenovation #BathroomRenovation #UKRenovation #DIYUK RenovationProject RenovatingOnABudget @cliftontradebathrooms
