I want you to know that wealth is not created in employment. I'm telling you, as long as somebody's paying your salary, you're on a long road. Because what salary does is that it pays for the time that you are at work. But what entrepreneurship does, it pays for the problems that you solve. Very early in life, I realized that life itself is about trading. Let me break it down for you. What you have to offer, somebody is looking to pay for it, and that's all. When you go to the doctor's office, the doctor is offering you his or her knowledge in medicine, and you are willing to pay for it through your insurance or out of pocket. That's what is called trading. Every time we mention trading, there is a way that people's heart palpitate as if I'm not cut. No, no, no, no, no, I'm telling you, everybody is trading. You breath in oxygen and you exhale what? Carbon dioxide. That's trading. Decide not to trade and we'll see whether you have be alive. As one is going in, the other one is what? Coming back. That's trading. For many of us and for this nation, there are many areas that people are creating wealth, and because of our understanding or the way we perceive some things, we have not taken advantage of those areas. How many plumbers are in this house today? You're a plumber. Just wave to me. Nobody? A plumber makes an average of $500,000 a year. Yeah. What exactly is your problem? Half a million dollars. And they don't need the masters or the triple masters that you are still paying the loan of the masters and you're yet to get a job for the masters and they don't need any of that because they are trade schools. $500,000. Wipe that thing off your face and face reality.
