So this is basically a role where you are helping to make sure that healthcare billing systems are working correctly and that CenterWell does get paid accurately and on time for the care that they provide. So you're monitoring electronic insurance claims, you're troubleshooting billing issues, you're analyzing data, and improving the systems that are used by the revenue cycle team. So the typical day would include you monitoring electronic insurance claims, billing systems, you're troubleshooting EDI claim issues, you're working with clearinghouses and insurance payers, you're analyzing claim errors, you're supporting staff with system issues, you're training employees, and you're collaborating with the IT teams, the finance, and the operations teams. So you can basically think of this like a healthcare technology and billing systems role all wrapped in one, where you are keeping the revenue cycle running efficiently. So this is not a phone job in the typical sense. You're not on the phone with customers like call center or customer service jobs. You're communicating by the occasional phone call with the vendors or the internal teams. You're also communicating via email, virtual meetings, and the internal collaboration. So this is more so focused on systems, data analysis, troubleshooting, and project support rather than answering customer phone calls. So as far as who they're looking for within this role, this person should have at least three years of healthcare revenue cycle and EDI experience. And they want a strong knowledge of healthcare billing, HIPAA transactions, and some other terms that I don't really know, also Microsoft Office proficiency. It's only preferred, not required if you have a bachelor's degree and Medicare, Medicaid billing experience and so forth. So this particular job is fully remote. Like I mentioned, it's fully remote, working from home all across the nation. You can work anywhere in the US. It's full-time 40 hours per week with occasional travel for the company meetings or training may be required, it may be. So as far as pay, they are also paying a salary. They're paying salary from $60,800 all the way up to $82,900 per year. And so approximately that would be the hourly equivalent of $29.23 per hour all the way up to approximately $39.86 per hour. And so that's based on you working a full-time 40-hour work week.
