Why it worked

The video uses a high-stakes, real-world interaction to demonstrate the app's core utility—live betting odds—making the promotion feel like an organic part of the content rather than a scripted ad.

Summary

The creator approaches a fan at a sporting event and offers to buy them a jersey if they can correctly guess the live betting odds for the game using the Kalshi app. After the fan guesses correctly, the creator confirms the odds on the app and purchases the jersey for them.

Structure

1Creator introduces the challenge
2Creator asks a fan to guess live odds
3Fan guesses correctly using the app

Product placement

(a) Kalshi ACTS: the creator uses the app on his phone to show live betting odds for a football game, and the participant uses the app's interface to guess the percentage. Removing it would change the entire premise of the video. (b) None.
