Why it worked

The video gamifies the product by turning a betting interface into a real-world interactive challenge, making the app's utility feel accessible and exciting to a broad audience.

Summary

The creator visits a Mavericks game and offers fans a free jersey if they can correctly guess the live betting odds for the game displayed on the Kalshi app. Participants interact with the app's interface to make their guesses, and the creator rewards the winners.

Structure

1Creator introduces the challenge at a Mavericks game
2Creator explains the rules involving the Kalshi app
3Creator asks fans to guess the live odds shown on the app

Product placement

Kalshi: (a) ACTS — the creator uses the Kalshi app interface to show live betting odds for an NBA game, and participants guess the percentages shown on the app. Removing this would change the entire premise of the video. Mavericks: (b) APPEARS — the team name and logo appear on jerseys and in the video title as the subject of the bet, but the video is not promoting the team itself.
