Guys, Starbucks has protein drinks and it looks so freaking good, so we're gonna go try it. Hi. Can I get a iced vanilla cream protein latte in a grande? Can I do like a iced pumpkin spice latte but then I add the vanilla protein cold foam on top? Okay. And can I also get the egg white wrap? Okay, these are the drinks. So iced vanilla cream protein latte, 22 grams of protein. This one I customised, I got a pumpkin spice latte and I added the vanilla protein cold foam on top, it's 15 grams of protein just from the cold foam itself. The egg white wrap. And it's not very sweet. I like it. It's good. Oh, that is nice. Like 15 grams of protein just from the cold foam. So you can get any drink you want and then you add like the cold foam on top and you get 15 grams of protein. And then I always get this wrap, look at how much egg white is inside. Very good. Wah, good choice. Good for post gym, which we just did.
