Read the caption. Why? Less carryover fatigue. With full body 2× a week, may rest day between sessions, so mas may opportunity kang makabawi bago ulit mag-training. Mas fresh ka rin going into your next session instead of training four days every week. Better recovery. Since controlled yung volume per session, you can get your hard sets in without needing to spread your training across four gym days. Less time in the gym. 2× a week ka lang pupunta compared sa 4×. For a beginner na may school, work, or other responsibilities, malaking advantage yung dalawang training days lang pero na-cover mo pa rin yung whole body consistently. More consistent movement practice. Same exercises, same order, repeated exposure. Mas madaling i-compare yung reps, load, RIR, and technique from one session to the next. That makes progression much easier to gauge. So for beginners, I’d rather have: Full Body 2× → rest → recover → repeat instead of unnecessarily adding more gym days when you can already get productive training with fewer sessions. Upper/lower 4× can absolutely work. But if you’re a beginner, more gym days doesn’t automatically mean a better program. #FullBodyWorkout #BeginnerWorkout #WorkoutSplit #ProgressiveOverload #MJLifts
