If you're seeing this before going to bed, let this be the last video you see before going to sleep. Give me just 120 seconds. I'll give you a speech that might just change your life. I wanna start by saying it'll be okay. You didn't deserve that. The way that they treated you, you didn't deserve it. I just want to remind you the way that other people treat you does not determine your worth, your value, your intrinsic purpose as a human being. I just want to remind you everything will be okay in the end. And if it's not okay, then it's not the end yet. Don't give up so soon. Don't give up on your dreams, ambitions and goals just because of what other people say about you. It's important that you let go of the fear of judgement. I know you. I know you want to. I know you're aware. I know everybody tells you that. But you don't have to do it all at once. Everyone in social media will convince you that you have to rush yourself into these things, these processes, into achieve the end goal and the outcomes all at once. But you don't have to. You simply can take a step back and slow down. Slow down and take it easy on yourself. You don't want to end up at the end destination by hating yourself because you can never hate yourself into evolution, only love yourself into change. And I just want to remind you it'll be okay. Everything will be okay. And if you need a reason to, there's so much life on the other side of what you don't know. The next chapter of your life might be your favourite. The things that you might not even know of. But you have so many people, so many cultures, so many places to travel to, so much life to enjoy and. And see and prosper before you'd even know about thinking about anything else in a negative connotation. Light. Allow yourself to be patient and to push through the light because there's always something at the end of the tunnel for you, even when you don't think so. You have yet to meet meet every single person and think that you will ever love in this lifetime. It's just important that you recognise that you're not as bad as you make yourself out to be. Things aren't as bad as you make it out in the situation that you're dealing with. Well, I'm proud of you. And thank you for being here. But most importantly, thank you for listening. You're worthy of love, no matter who you are. I love you.
