Ipoh’s largest mall, Sunway Ipoh Mall, is set to open in Q4 2027! 😍 Sunway Malls has already secured leases for 80% of the mall, with 25 brands confirmed, including seven anchor tenants and nine brands making their Perak debut. The line-up features MUJI, LC Waikiki, TopTen10, Brands Outlet, Decathlon, Estée Lauder Companies, Harvey Norman, HOOGA, JD Sports, L’Oréal Group, MAP Active, Neonest, Padini, Panda Eyes, Popular, The Parenthood, Valiram Group, and UNIQLO, which will bring its largest store in Perak to Sunway Ipoh Mall. Anchor tenants include Parkson Elite, Village Grocer, TGV Cinemas, Mr. D.I.Y. Plus, Sunway Ice Rink, Sunway Ipoh Exhibition Centre, and Sunway Megalanes. The mall will feature Perak’s first ice-skating rink, a 36-lane bowling centre, multipurpose sports facilities, an exhibition centre and a 10-hall cinema with around 1,500 seats. Visitors can also look forward to Gourmet Garden, offering both indoor and outdoor dining options. Located within Sunway City Ipoh, the mall will sit next to Sunway Medical Centre, The Banjaran Hot Springs Retreat and Lost World of Tambun. Slated to open in Q4 2027, the RM1 billion development will span 1.2 million sq ft of net lettable area, featuring four retail floors and around 400 shops.
