A plane seems to rest on a statue’s fingertips. The moon sits exactly where your eye expects something else to be. A familiar scene becomes strange when the shapes line up. This collection plays with timing, distance and perspective. Objects that are far apart can appear to touch, while a brief alignment makes an ordinary view look almost impossible. The fun is in that first glance, followed by the moment you work out what you are seeing. Which image made you look twice?
