My all time FAV street food ⬇️ Follow for more! You’re gonna want to watch this reels with sound on. This is one of my all time favorites foods, stinky tofu. This is Changsha style, which is slightly different from the Taiwanese style stinky tofu. Changsha stinky tofu is black vs the Taiwanese stinky tofu that has a regular tofu color. The color comes from the brine that’s used to ferment the tofu, containing bamboo ashes, black beans and herbs. It’s also a lot spicier, and this street vendor does it SO WELL. I’ve tried so so many different stinky tofu and this remains my fav in nyc! CRISPY exterior that soaks up all their housemade sauce and chili so well. • small: 10 for $10 • medium: 15 for $15 • large: 20 for $20 It’s also served with a generous amount of chopped pickled mustard greens, radish, and cilantro. This is right by the corner of 38th Ave & Prince Street in Flushing :) ⚠️ SAVE THIS for your next flushing food crawl & follow for more Asian hidden gems #nyc #flushing #stinkytofu best stinky tofu in nyc | must try stinky tofu in New York | flushing food crawl | flushing street food | what to eat in flushing | must get street food in flushing
