It's got to go. And if a little piece of chicken's got to go with it, then so be it. I don't care. Same scissors and we're going to make cubes. On medium high heat, a thing of butter. We're going to add all our chicken. All of it. If you don't have some of these, get my home. We're going to cook this chicken all the way till it's white. No seasoning in at all. Let it cook. Now that our chicken is good and white, we're going to put a fajita seasoning packet in there. I'm going to do one and a half. The last time I made this, everybody said that I didn't season my chicken, but y'all do know that these packets are seasoning, right? Chicken done, we're going to remove from heat. Our water's starting to come to a boil, so we're going to use the instant white rice. This is from Walmart. I did six cups of water, so we're going to do six cups of rice. This is usually what I do for my family. This one's probably not going to be enough. Also, I had a lot of people in my last video say that they don't know how to cook instant rice. Y'all, it's so easy. You just match the number of cups to water to the number of rice. Let it boil, remove it from heat, put it in there, let it sit. That's all you do. Okay, we're going to remove this from heat. Now, this is the key ingredient, the Knorr whatever, whatever, whatever. You can get this from Walmart. It's only like $6 for this humongous jar. This jar lasts forever. So, I always have this. So, this is six cups of rice, so I'll do three spoonfuls of this. One. Oh no. Oh no. Two. Mix it real good. We're going to take our rice, put it in our casserole dish. We're going to put our chicken down. And this is Gorda's cheese dip mild. You can get this in the bakery section at Walmart. Whole thing.
