Let's make some Cheesy Chicken And Rice Casserole. This is one of my go-to favorite meals when I know that we need leftovers. And this weekend, we need leftovers. It's 1 pound of chicken that I baked in the oven, just with a little salt and pepper, and I've shredded it up. I'm gonna add it into your bowl. I'm gonna add about a fourth a cup of ranch. Things gonna be about a teaspoon to a teaspoon and a half of a seasoning. We're gonna do Italian, smoked paprika. You already know. Kinders, salt, pepper, garlic. And then a little bit of ranch powder. One cup of sour cream. Just a little one, two, three Texas Pete. About one cup of shredded cheese. I'm using Colby Jack. And one can of cream of chicken soup. Lastly, this is two cups of cooked Jasmine rice. I found Jasmine rice just makes it so much better. We're gonna add that right in our bowl. Once you have all your ingredients in your bowl, mix it up. If your family likes vegetables, adding in a bag of steamed vegetable medley is 10 out of 10, but my husband doesn't like it, so I just eat mine on the side. We're gonna take our 9 by 13 baking dish and pour it right in. Top it with a little more shredded cheese. We're gonna pop this in our 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes until our cheese is nice and bubbly. She's ooey, she's gooey, she's perfect. I cannot wait to eat this. Oh yeah. The sour cream, 10 out of 10. So creamy. The sour cream, 10 out of 10.
