The biggest misunderstanding about Reta is that people think if they're still hungry, then it's not working. And that's not necessarily true. Before I jump into this video, make sure you save it, make sure you're following me. There's a free Reta guide in my bio. Reta isn't supposed to make you never want food again, and personally, I don't think that should be the goal. What you're looking for is better control. Maybe you get full faster, maybe you stop thinking about food all day. Maybe that meal that normally turns into 1500 calories becomes 800 because you're satisfied earlier. That's a huge difference. And remember, Reta is hitting three different receptors: GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon. Appetite suppression is only one part of what it's actually doing. I think people get into trouble when they keep increasing the dose just because they can still eat. Being able to eat doesn't mean it stopped working. If your hunger is more manageable, your portions are naturally coming down, and sticking to your nutrition feels easier, those are signs it may already be doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing.
