DAY 10 of being personally victimised by my own ankle 🦶🏼💀😂 My red light therapy device has finally arrived, so naturally I’m now treating this sprain like I’m an elite athlete with a £10 million transfer fee pending. 😭🔴✨ We’ve entered our ✨healing era✨… ankle rehab, red light therapy and an absolutely unreasonable amount of patience (which I don’t have). Still not back on the pitch, but the comeback documentary is looking promising.
