A new breakfast sandwich to add to your list 🍳 Modu Cafe’s first savory item did NOT disappoint! This breakfast sandwich has steamed egg, Havarti, a crispy potato pancake, and the most delicious perilla chimichurri, all tucked into their house-made milk bun 🤩 I got there on a Tuesday and ordered at 9 am. It sold out shortly after, so get there early! #losangeles #laeats #breakfastsandwich
