Save your tomato seeds for next year 🍅🌱 A few things I’ve learned over the years: • Start with a fully ripe tomato. • Let the seeds ferment for about 2–3 days. • A little mold during fermentation is okay. • Rinse until the water is clear. • Let the seeds dry COMPLETELY before storing. • Label the variety and year. • Keep them cool, dark and dry. • For more predictable results, save seeds from heirloom or open-pollinated tomatoes.
