Brad: “Why does the pipe wrench suddenly have a SECOND JOB?” 😂👀 Apparently, somebody figured out that the gap in a pipe wrench can grab certain water meter valves well enough to turn them on and off. And Brad’s reaction goes from: “No way.” to: “…Okay. That’s kind of smart.” 😂👏 Especially because the long handle gives you another very important feature: **Spider avoidance.** Brad: “If I can shut the water off WITHOUT putting my hand into that box, we are already making progress.” 😭😂 Of course, the comments have opinions. One viewer mistakes the valve for gas. Another says that if you’re using a pipe wrench as a meter key, it’s probably time to call it a night. And someone from another country points out their meter valves are square, so this trick wouldn’t even apply there. Which is a good reminder: Construction hacks can be clever without being universal. 👀 Brad’s final verdict? Unexpected. Questionable at first glance. But definitely one of those: “Okay… I might remember that.” moments.
