Meet Erica, a Lebanese female pilot and dentist who has spent eight years in aviation, a field traditionally dominated by men. ✈️🦷🇱🇧 Her passion for flying began in childhood, when she and her brother would play flight simulators together. Although she eventually pursued dentistry, aviation remained a dream she never truly forgot. During her fifth year of dentistry, her father handed her a newspaper featuring an ad recruiting pilots. That moment brought her childhood dream back to life. With eight exams left in her final year and doubts from almost everyone outside her family, Erica decided to pursue both careers. She trained in Spain, flew across Europe, and became responsible for the safety of up to 500 passengers at a time. Today, she’s back home flying with @mea_airliban, while continuing her work as a dentist on her days off. #livelovebeirut #pilot #femalepilot #dentist
