I like to call this one: One of the biggest financial mistakes we made was confusion being able to make a payment with actually being able to afford it. We made good money, paid our bills, and still couldn’t understand why we felt so stretched. Selling our car was a huge step in changing that, but the bigger change is how we are learning to think about money.
