If this video found you, you're probably someone who's been looking for remote work but you keep getting rejected. Am I right? If you're someone who has actual work experience, so I'm talking someone who's been in BPO or corporate or a bank administrator, a teacher, a healthcare practitioner, and even a business owner or an OFW, and you have been applying for remote work for weeks or even months and you keep getting ghosted or rejected, it's likely one of these three things. First, you might be looking in the wrong place. Some job posts in bigger platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed or JobsDB are ghost jobs. No one's actually hiring. Others are just outright scams built to collect your data. Sometimes these job posts can actually feel like it's actually speaking to you, like it's completely targeted towards your skills and that's on purpose, so be careful. Try the more vetted platforms like Onlinejobs.ph, Upwork, We Work Remotely and even Threads. Threads is slowly becoming very popular among job hunters and recruiters. Second, you may have missed a special instruction in the job post. Sometimes these recruiters or employers will post a special code or instruction at the bottom of the job post to make sure that you read and understood the post completely. It's their way of filtering out who has attention to detail versus those who don't. And lastly, and the most important one is you might be positioning yourself wrong in the materials that you're sending. So these are your cover letter, your resume, and your intro video if it's required. It's likely that your cover letter and intro video are just repeating what's already in your resume. And you're positioning yourself as someone who is a task-doer instead of a skilled professional who can solve their problem. Now, this I can help with. If you wanna know how you can position yourself better for your ideal clients, comment the word "CLARITY" and I'll send you the details via DM.
