How to rest without feeling like you’ve wasted your whole day. 🌿 Sometimes, scrolling or watching TV is exactly what you want, and that’s okay. Rest doesn’t have to be productive to be worthwhile. But if you keep reaching the end of the day feeling just as drained as when you started, it might be worth asking yourself what kind of rest you actually need. Sometimes you need quiet. Sometimes you need fresh air, connection, creativity, or a little space away from your usual routine. The goal isn’t to turn rest into another task on your to-do list. It’s to find ways to recharge that leave you feeling more present and refreshed. You’re allowed to slow down without feeling guilty about it. Save this carousel for the next time you need a reset. 💚 #stressmanagement #wellnesstips #fyp #healthyhabits #intentionalrest
