The other day I got a compliment at the gym and the guy was referencing my physique. He was like, bro, you got a nice physique, like you look lean, you look like you got a good amount of muscle. He was like, what's the diet look like? So as I started to name off a couple of things, I started to think like, I really just eat whatever I want. Now that's going to sound crazy to a lot of people. It's like, bro, you can't, you literally can't, what do you mean you eat whatever you want? There's a big difference between what I want to eat on a regular versus what most people want to eat on a regular. Like most people, they just want to eat cheeseburgers, they want to eat fried catfish. Like that's cool every now and then, you don't get me wrong. Because if you zoom out from a bird's eye view, out of 365 days, 300 of those days are going to be dialed. You know, I'm pretty much, I'm having a blast. I'm having a blast, I'm eating whatever I want, I'm staying lean. And then, you know, if you follow the 80/20 rule, like you're going to be good. With that being said, once you get lean, you no longer have to worry about getting fat again. Abilism is firing. You built the muscle, you built the habits, you built the discipline. Now all you need is just time in the game. That's
