This is my gaming setup with 22 consoles all hooked up and ready to play with the push of a button. Over on this side are all of my retro consoles. And 180 degrees opposite is my modern consoles. I call this the retro section, but all I mean is that these are consoles that have composite output and were designed for CRT TVs. I have consoles ranging from generation 3, like the NES, all the way up through generation 6, like the PS2. Because this stand needs to hold so much weight with all of the TVs up on top, I actually ended up hand-building it. There's enough structural reinforcement here to hold a car, probably. The star of this setup is actually this Extron AV matrix switcher. It's different than a normal switcher because it has multiple inputs and multiple outputs. This means I'm able to play any console on any TV with the push of a button. Opposite of that stand are all of my modern consoles. And by modern, I just mean consoles that have HDMI output. I also hand-built this stand, but it wasn't nearly as complex as the other one because it's not really holding that much weight. This stand holds consoles from Gen 7, like the Xbox 360, all the way up through Gen 9, like the Nintendo Switch 2. And because I only have one TV in this setup, all of my consoles are run through a basic HDMI switcher. All of the consoles are then routed through this really nice Sony AV receiver that powers my speakers and this really nice turntable. The TV is a 55-inch 4K Samsung OLED. It's really nice. It's a pretty killer setup, but I want to know right now in the comments, which console are you playing first? Thanks for joining me and I'll see you on the next video.
