Sadly, this is the exact same thing that happened in February, and I ended up being here for an extra week waiting for a different attending. But my neurology attendings got it done, and for that, I am truly grateful. It is frustrating to know that some people will never listen to you and take you seriously enough to do the procedures that you actually need. With that being said, if you have any advice on what to do in the hospital when you’re sad and bored and sleepy, please let me know.
